How Conquest Fits

One coffee. Two ways to make it yours.

Your primary blend

For businesses looking for a dependable and distinctive coffee that can become part of the everyday customer experience—from the first espresso of the morning to the final flat white of the afternoon.

  • Consistent flavour
  • Broad customer appeal
  • Suitable across black and milk-based drinks
  • Dependable through everyday service
  • A blend selected around the business and its customers

Your guest blend

For businesses that already have a house coffee but want to introduce something new—a rotating espresso, seasonal feature, stronger alternative or limited-menu addition.

  • Rotating guest espresso
  • Seasonal or weekend feature
  • Stronger alternative
  • Batch-brew or filter opportunity
  • A low-pressure introduction to Conquest

You do not need to replace what already works. Conquest can sit alongside your current coffee—or become your primary blend when the fit is right.

Coffee is rarely just another item on the menu. It can be the first welcome of the morning, the pause between meetings, or the final impression a guest takes with them.

The Collection

Meet the blends

Conquered Signature Blend

Medium roast  ·  Brazil, El Salvador and Indian Arabica

Caramel · Milk chocolate · Roasted nuts

Rich and full-bodied with natural sweetness, a velvety mouthfeel, muted acidity and a clean finish. The balanced all-rounder—confident as a primary house blend and equally at home served black or with milk.

Best for

  • Everyday house coffee
  • Espresso-based menus
  • Flat whites and cappuccinos
  • Broad customer appeal
"Conquered Signature Dark Blend coffee beans — dark roast espresso, freshly roasted in Northern Ireland | Conquest Coffee Co"

Conquered Dark Blend

Darker roast  ·  Brazil, El Salvador and Indian Arabica

Dark chocolate · Toasted nuts · Caramelised sugar

A deeper, richer blend for customers who prefer a stronger and more traditional coffee experience. Low in acidity with a long, satisfying finish—rich and refined rather than bitter or harsh.

Best for

  • Milk-led menus
  • Breakfast service
  • Customers requesting something stronger
  • A bolder guest-coffee feature

Ascent Espresso Blend

Lighter, smoother espresso  ·  Guatemala's volcanic valleys and Brazil's Cerrado region in Minas Gerais

Maple syrup · Pecan · Milk chocolate and toffee in milk

Medium-bodied with soft acidity and natural sweetness. A contemporary, nuanced option that works as a refined primary espresso or a distinctive guest blend.

Best for

  • Modern espresso menus
  • Black coffee and smaller milk drinks
  • Specialty-focused businesses
  • Guest espresso

The Tasting Collection

Taste it where it will be served.

The best way to evaluate coffee is in the environment where your customers may eventually enjoy it—using your grinder, espresso machine, water, milk, recipes and menu.

Our paid Commercial Tasting Collection allows verified hospitality businesses to evaluate a chosen blend before deciding whether Conquest belongs on the menu.

Tasting pricing and the complete collection guide are shared directly following a brief business verification.
